Tattoo and MRI's Do not Mix

This surprised the heck out of me when I read this article. It is argued that people who have tattoos, more black ink tattoos take some additional precautions, if ever did an MRI. I'm sure we all know that an MRI of a diagnostic test, a magnetic field and radio waves that a very informed the image of the cross section of the body is produced and used. Well, it was reported that burns people in areas experiencing more tattooed in black ink or darktattoos. However, no one knows how often this bizarre event.

Some investigations have been in this field and the only thing he said that they suspect that the burns are associated with iron oxide. Obviously dark tattoo ink iron oxide in them, have the potential magnet. Because it directs the flow of heat causes the iron oxide during an MRI and occurs some burns.

So if you're scheduled for an MRI and you have black or darkYou should tattoo ink can have your doctor about and discuss any problems. More likely it will be just fine, and the performance of magnetic resonance imaging is likely to outweigh concerns you your tattoos. The possibility of burning your tattoo you can reduce the doctor suggested to put an ice pack or cold compress on your tattoo during magnetic resonance actually safer.

So it just goes to show that your body can cause more problems than art that is knownof.
